Shipping

1. Flat U.S. Shipping – $5 per order, and additional shipping costs on us!
2. Processing Time – 2–5 business days (excluding custom orders).
3. International – Live carrier rates appear at checkout. Full shipping cost, local duties & taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Need it yesterday? – Choose an expedited option at checkout; live carrier rates will show. Full shipping cost is paid by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Because we’re still a small (but mighty!) needlepoint shop, we’re unable to accept returns and exchanges at this time. Notice a flaw or mix-up? Drop us a note at orders@shibastitch.com within 7 days of receiving your canvas—we’ll make things right. Thank you for supporting our small business!
