How long does restocking take?

Because every canvas is hand-painted, restocks can take up to 8 weeks. However, we do not restock every canvas. If you would like to know if and when a design will restock, email us at hello@shibastitchnp.com.

The canvas I want is sold out—will it be back?

Click the “Notify Me” button on the product page and you’ll get an email the moment we restock.

Do you offer wholesale?

Absolutely! Please refer to our wholesale page or email wholesale@shibastitchnp.com for additional information.

Do you create custom orders?

Yes! Custom family portraits are our best-sellers, but we do custom canvases of all kinds. Shoot your idea over to customs@shibastitchnp.com and we’ll draft a digital proof and hand-paint your one-of-a-kind needlepoint canvas.

Do you sell threads?

Yes! We sell DMC Pearle Cotton Size 5 skeins in all colors. If you would like threads, needles, and/or scissors bundled with your canvas order, email to orders@shibastitchnp.com.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Orders in the contiguous US states cost a flat $5 for shipping. If there are additional shipping costs, we will cover them. For non-contiguous U.S. states and international orders, additional shipping costs may vary.

When will my order ship?

In-stock canvases ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package goes out. Need it sooner? Email orders@shibastitchnp.com — we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline!
